With the extra bedroom, you can host friends and family with ease. And additional accommodation for visitors is available on-site for an extra charge. Practicality comes with additional storage space and a dedicated utility room.
All apartments feature include a Tunstall Emergency Aid system that can be tailored to meet personalised requirements. Lighting and heating can be controlled via an app on any resident’s smart device and kitchen lighting has been designed to illuminate the worktop so cooking isn’t done in shadow.
Taps and door handles throughout the apartment are designed to overcome impaired dexterity and there is automatic LED lighting inside bedroom wardrobes. Security is assured with CCTV door entry system, fob operated car park gates and separate entrance beyond car park gates, plus hard wired smoke and heat detection.
