At The Vale, our dedicated onsite team can support you whether you have maximum independence or have a support need. Each apartment comes with 2 hours weekly support with every day tasks.
We offer a wellbeing assessment to all prospective residents which will identify with you any help or care needed. This will also be available through any periods of short-term ill health, ensuring you enjoy the best possible physical and mental recovery.
Knowing that private and personalised support is available means that you can embrace life with peace of mind. Our 24-hour presence on site and emergency assistance through a dedicated first responder is provided to all residents and is included in your rent.
Senior living can bring a change in pace and priority and our residents are fully supported if the need arises.
Further care & support
If you need extra assistance with everyday tasks in addition to your 2 hours weekly support, such as extra housekeeping, administration or maintenance we can provide these as an additional cost. For offsite nursing care, our sister company, Chiswick Nursing Centre, gives you direct access to one of London’s premier state-of-the-art nursing centres, at reduced rates should the need arise.
